Thank you for choosing Bayley & Sage! We aim to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible with our delivery options:

Hampers and Homeware:
- Choose your delivery date option
- Deliveries from Tuesday to Friday: £7.50
- Deliveries from Saturday to Monday: £22.50
Bayley & Sage / Abode Gift Cards: £3.50 (Deliveries from Monday to Friday)

Coverage: Our UK delivery service covers mainland locations and Northern Ireland.
Days of Service: Deliveries are provided with a Next Day service by DPD to ensure the freshness of your delicatessen items.
Processing Time: All fresh food orders are processed within 2 working days.
Shipping Method: Orders are dispatched using DPD’s tracked Next Day delivery service to maintain the freshness of your items.
Specific Delivery Dates: Please indicate your desired delivery date at checkout. Choose a date at least 2 working days prior to the order date to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
Signatures Required: Deliveries containing fresh food must be signed for upon arrival.
Disclaimer: We cannot offer refunds for failed fresh food deliveries resulting from the recipient not being available or incorrect delivery addresses being provided.
Packaging: Rest assured, all fresh food deliveries are equipped with cooling and protective packaging to ensure secure transport.
