Coverage: Our UK delivery service covers mainland locations and Northern Ireland.
Days of Service: Deliveries are scheduled from Tuesday through to Friday. Please note that there are no deliveries on Mondays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Processing Time: We process all fresh food orders within 2 working days.
Shipping Method: Orders are dispatched using a tracked Next Day delivery service to maintain the freshness of your items.
Specific Delivery Dates: If you have a preferred future delivery date (2+ working days and between Tuesday to Friday, except bank holidays), make sure to specify this in the checkout comment section.
Signatures Required: Deliveries containing fresh food must be signed for upon arrival.
Disclaimer: We cannot offer refunds for failed fresh food deliveries resulting from the recipient not being available or incorrect delivery addresses.
Packaging: Rest assured, all fresh food deliveries come with cooling and protective packaging for secure transport.
