1. How long have you been working at Bayley & Sage and what different roles have you held within the company? What is your role now?
I’ve been working at Bayley & Sage for nearly 4 years now, I joined in March 2021. My role is Shift Leader/ Wine Taster.
2. What’s your favourite thing about working at Bayley & Sage?
How multicultural the company is, we have staf from all over the world. Also, the fruit and veg range is exceptional!
3. Who or what has inspired you the most throughout your career?
My partner and my family have been my biggest inspiration, along with the B&S Managers who have always supported me since my first day.
4. Have you always worked in this industry? If not, what other types of roles have you held?
No, before I moved to the UK I used to have an office job and I worked as a waiter as well.
5. What’s the best advice you could give someone who’s just starting out in their career?
Find a passion within the shop and pursue it for growth!
6. What are some of the accomplishments you’re most proud of?
Moving to the UK right before the pandemic started and staying strong! I’m also proud of my first wine certificate and my mom’s first international trip which I organised for her.
7. What are you most looking forward to this year, both personally and professionally?
Personally, I want to travel more in 2025 and get to know more about the culture around the world. Professionally, I’m looking forward to growing my wine skills.
8. If you could only eat one thing from Bayley & Sage for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
B&S Artichoke Ravioli, with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan on top.
9. How do you spend your time when you’re not at Bayley & Sage?
I like swimming, video games, cooking, and long park walks with my Jack Russel.
10. What’s one interesting fact that we might not know about you?
I’m a certified Scuba Diver!
