Some cheeses only pass through our counters for a short window, and this hamper is built around them.

Our Spring Cheese Hamper brings together a selection of cheeses that we only source at this time of year, when conditions are right and flavours are at their best. They’re in our shops briefly, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

The selection includes a semi firm Alpine cheese coated in wildflowers and herbs, creamy with a gentle savoury depth. A soft Swiss cheese layered with wild garlic, rich and velvety with a fresh, green edge. And a bloomy rind cheese with a mild, creamy centre and a soft, earthy finish.

Alongside the cheeses, you’ll find our Bayley & Sage multiseed crackers and buttermilk and oat crackers, a fig purée for sweetness, and Marcona almonds for a simple, well balanced board.

It’s everything you’d pick up in store, brought together in one box, and built around cheeses that won’t be here for long.

Wildblutenakse - 300g | A semi-firm Alpine cheese coated in a colourful blend of wildflowers and herbs. Creamy and gently savoury on the palate, with subtle floral notes and a soft, rounded richness that develops as it melts.

Wild Garlic La Bouse - 200g | An ultra creamy Swiss soft cheese layered with fresh wild garlic, bringing a rich, velvety texture and a gentle green, savoury lift. Lush and indulgent, with sweet grassy notes and a softly aromatic finish that captures the fleeting freshness of spring.

Fleur du Vignoble - 300g | A soft, bloomy-rind cheese with a delicate white coat and a smooth, creamy centre. Mild and gently earthy, with a subtle richness that melts softly on the palate.

Bayley & Sage Multiseed Crackers - 110g | Handcrafted with a blend of wholesome seeds and a hint of salt, our multi seed crackers are light, crisp, and full of flavour. Perfect for pairing with cheese, dips, or enjoying on their own.

Bayley & Sage Buttermilk & Oat Crackers - 120g | These crackers offer a hearty crunch from oats, enriched with the tangy creaminess of buttermilk, perfect for cheese pairings.
