Beher Salchichon de Bellota

A premium Spanish salchichón made by BEHER in Guijuelo, Salamanca, crafted from 100% acorn‑fed Iberian pigs. The meat is seasoned with salt, spices, and often a touch of Port wine, then cured for 4‑6 months in natural conditions. The result is a richly flavoured sausage with a balanced texture, marbled fat, subtle nutty and smoky notes, and a lingering, elegant finish.
