La Scolca “Villa Gavi di Gavi” DOCG (75 cl) is a flagship white from Piedmont’s Gavi appellation, made 100 % from Cortese grapes. It shows a pale straw hue and offers delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple and citrus zest. On the palate it’s bone-dry and racy, with bright acidity, saline-mineral undertones and a clean, lingering finish—classic elegance in a bottle.
