1. How long have you been working at Bayley & Sage and what different roles have you held within the company? What is your role now?
I’ve been with Bayley & Sage for 16 months, working as the Supply & Distribution Coordinator at the Distribution Centre. It’s been a rewarding journey so far.
2. What’s your favourite thing about working at Bayley & Sage?
What I appreciate most is the diverse and multicultural environment.
3. Who has inspired you the most throughout your career?
My father has been my greatest inspiration. His dedication and guidance have profoundly shaped my path and values.
4. Have you always worked in this industry? If not, what other types of roles have you held?
I have primarily worked in the supply chain sector, focusing on Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. While my roles have varied, this sector has always been a core part of my career.
5. What’s the best advice you could give someone who’s just starting out in their career?
Stay humble, take initiative, and manage your time wisely. These principles can help you navigate the early stages of your career with confidence and effectiveness.
6. What are some of the accomplishments you’re most proud of?
Earning my university degree is one of my significant accomplishments. It marked a major milestone and stands as a testament to my perseverance and dedication.
7. What are you most looking forward to this year, both personally and professionally?
Personally, I’m looking forward to an overdue family trip.
Professionally, I’m excited about the new projects and challenges on the horizon.
8. If you could only eat one thing from Bayley & Sage for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
I would choose the artisanal cheeses, particularly the mature cheddar. It’s consistently exceptional and always a pleasure.
9. How do you spend your time when you’re not at Bayley & Sage?
I enjoy taking road trips and exploring different parts of England. It’s a wonderful way to unwind and experience new places.
10. What’s one interesting fact that we might not know about you?
I am fluent in four languages. It’s a skill that enriches my personal and professional interactions.
