Heirloom Pinot Noir 2023 - 75cl | Heirloom Vineyards Pinot Noir (Adelaide Hills) bursts with ripe strawberry, cherry and summer-berry aromas, underpinned by hints of forest floor, fresh herbs and gentle spice. On the palate, bright acidity and fine-grained tannins frame layers of red and black fruit, while subtle earthy complexity and a touch of mocha lead to a long, savory finish—perfect with grilled salmon, duck breast or mushroom risotto.
Domaine Des Poncetys Saint Veran 2022 - 75cl | A graceful white Burgundy from the southern Mâconnais, offering bright aromas of white peach, green apple and lemon blossom, underpinned by a fine, flinty minerality. Gentle oak ageing lends subtle vanilla and creamy texture, balanced by lively acidity for a fresh, lingering finish. Perfect with grilled seafood, goat’s cheese or light pasta dishes.
Billecart Salmon Rosé Champagne - 75cl | Aradiant pale salmon hue with graceful, fine-bubbled effervescence.
