1. How long have you been working at Bayley & Sage and what different roles have you held within the company? What is your role now?
I have been working at B&S for nearly 3 years as a delivery driver.
2. What’s your favourite thing about working at Bayley & Sage?
My favourite thing about working at Bayley & Sage is all of the people I work with.
3. Who or what has inspired you the most throughout your career?
I am inspired by my colleague Tion and his amazing work ethic.
4. Have you always worked in this industry? If not, what other types of roles have you held?
I have worked mainly in the logistics trade, but have also worked for places like Neals Yard Remedies and Harrods.
5. What’s the best advice you could give someone who’s just starting out in their career?
The main thing is to enjoy what you do, and if you have a good work ethic you can work from that because even if you make a mistake, it won’t be a problem. Try to be happy and smile 😊
6. What are some of the accomplishments you’re most proud of?
I don’t really do pride but every day is an accomplishment because in a driving job no day is the same.
7. What are you most looking forward to this year, both personally and professionally?
Personally, I’m looking forward to spending more time with my children and grandchildren. Professionally, to always strive to do well in my job.
8. If you had to pick one item from B&S, what would you choose?
That is really hard but If I had to choose it would be our cherries!
9. How do you spend your time when you’re not at Bayley & Sage?
Outside of work I like to take it easy, spending ţime with my children and grandchildren. I also like to fix things so have a really interesting hobby there.
10. What’s one interesting fact that we might not know about you?
I love mixing dance music have a DJ set up at home.
