Made with traditional French pielle-a-brie ladles, this truffle version is cut open early in the ageing, to be filled with indulgent mascarpone and truffle paste. The earthiness of truffles compliments the mushroomy rind, while the mascarpone adds creaminess to the indulgent, buttery paste.
