A vivid and deep shade of purple-red, exuding richness. This Pinot Noir offers a classic Central Otago bouquet, characterised by the presence of dark, opulent berry fruit notes.
On the palate, you’ll be greeted by lively, fresh fruit flavours, accompanied by hints of mocha coffee and the delightful taste of chocolate-coated coffee beans. The wine’s soft tannins promise the potential for graceful aging, making it a delightful choice for both immediate enjoyment and cellar maturation.
This pale pink champagne features subtle golden flecks when catching the light and maintains a consistent effervescence. On the nose, it reveals red fruit aromas with hints of citrus. The palate offers a balanced acidity with delicate notes of strawberries and raspberries transitioning into a brioche mid-palate. The finish leaves a subtle touch of spice, echoing the red berry and citrus theme. It’s no wonder this rosé is so highly regarded.
In the glass, it boasts a brilliant and pristine green-gold hue. The nose is a refreshing invitation, offering delicate notes of vanilla, zesty lime citrus, crisp apples and a subtle suggestion of mildly exotic fruits.
On the palate, it unfolds as round and invigorating, showcasing a delightful interplay of fruitiness, crispness and ripeness. Its mineral undertones add depth, while a solid structure emerges gracefully, culminating in a satisfying finish.
