A celebration of one of the Mediterranean’s most versatile ingredients, The Olive Lover’s Gift Set brings together our Bayley & Sage Extra Virgin Olive Oil with three distinctive varieties of La Explanada stuffed olives.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from Peranzana olives grown in the olive groves of Torremaggiore, in the heart of Puglia. Gentle yet full of character, it balances subtle bitterness and spice with aromas of ripe tomato, fresh herbs and a clean finish of fresh almonds.
Alongside it are three tins of La Explanada green olives, each offering a different flavour. Savoury anchovy brings depth and umami, sweet pepper adds a mellow richness, while jalapeño delivers a gentle kick of heat.
